9/22/07 House Pictures

Well we swung by the house this morning expecting to go in but the locked the doors. So we had to wait for the Sales lady to get into the office and then to our happy surprise we saw a house only weeks from being done. So we are waiting for the front door to be painted blue. Carpet needs to be put in and some windows still need the trim. That is really about all. All the light fixtures are in. The air conditioner was installed this week and hooked up outside. We are getting VERY excited and feel it is an answer to all of our prayers. We met with our mortgage broker and locked in a 30 year fixed at 5.75%. We signed all the papers this past Thursday and should have a commitment letter this upcoming week. More pictures to come when the carpet is installed becasue there is not much more that will change. ( until my children and wife move in)
