Well we have finally decided to plant our roots in some Southern Soil and raise up 4 walls and a roof. This is of course a work in progress( just like our family) so come back frequently and check the progress. The construction is moving rather quickly.

Update 9/2:
Well the insulation is in and the closing date has been set for October 15. We have a walk thru on Oct 9th to review the items in the house that we think need improvements or fixing. I have been keeping a close eye on them thru out the whole thing to catch anything right away. Hopefully new pictures will be coming soon as the sheetrock should be going up this week.
Update 8/18:
Well no pictures for this week because it has slowed down. We are waiting for the electricians to finish their job. The sheet rock has arrived and should be going up by the end of the week.
I spent all week trying to save us so money and sweat and tears later by prewiring each room with Cable/Phone/Internet access. The builder was going to charge $75 extra for each outlet. Thru the kind donation of my brother,Ryan, I was able to spend only $30 for all 5 outlets for the house. I also wired the house for a future intercom system. That well help when we are trying to find the children or need something and they are on the third floor.
More to come as the weeks pass . . . .
